Why Varro

Officially launching in January, 2020, Varro exists as a collective of long time Real Estate professionals, accomplished developers, and overall tech enthusiasts, seeking to provide disruptive technology to the commercial real estate world. We strive to provide underserved sectors of real estate with access to applications and tools that enable efficiency and automation for the most important but time-consuming and manual tasks that exist in the industry.

Mark Chrisman

CO-FOUNDER and Chairman of the Board of Directors

A 20+ year veteran of the commercial real estate industry focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, corporate facilities, and as an entrepreneur. Throughout his career, Mark has completed several billion dollars in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings, in addition to having overseen portfolios of millions of square feet of office, industrial, and retail, and thousands of multi-family units. Mark is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Finance and Real Estate, and also earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School.

Joseph Marino IV

CO-FOUNDER and CEO

A 10+ year veteran of technology and commercial real estate services, Joe oversees all personnel, day-to-day operations, and ongoing development and strategic growth of Varro products and services, as well as Varro’s best-in-class customer service and training programs, Joe also designed all current product features based on customer and industry feedback. Joe is a proud graduate of the Williamson School of Business at Youngstown State University. Joe and his partner, Jessica, reside in Cleveland, Ohio and enjoy spending their time with their pets, Riggins, and Patsy Cline.
